Supporting People with Disabilities

The Foundation provides support to Skookum employees with disabilities in ways which improve their working lives in the Skookum environment. We provide unique financial and other assistance which cannot be found through outside agencies and other sources.

The Foundation, with the collaboration of the Skookum management cadre, sets policy and broad monetary boundaries. Proposals for funding come from the broader management of the Skookum businesses using their own internal process to define needs.

Currently, the policy and the procedural infrastructure for this effort is being constructed.
